Before submitting, please ensure that your article aligns with the contributor guidelines and standards outlined below. This helps us maintain quality and consistency across the platform.

Quality Expectations

 
  • -All submissions must be original and unpublished elsewhere. Plagiarism or AI-generated content without disclosure will not be accepted 

  • -Always  properly cite sources or links where necessary.

  • -Articles should be between 400 -700 words. Longer pieces may be considered if the content is substantial and well-structured.

  • -Articles should be well formatted, of a high professional standard, proof-read and publication ready before submission.

  • -Be accessible to a broad academic audience: Avoid jargon unless clearly explained.

  • -Use high quality images

Editorial note

All submissions are reviewed by our editorial team. We reserve the right to edit for clarity,style and length. Publication is not guaranteed in the case where the editor in review, under their own discretion interprets the content of article not to resonate or adhere with the guidelines and standards of Varsity Space Hub.
Submitted articles that are accepted will be posted under the features section in our menu page within 7-10 days after submission and communication of the same will be made via email.
*Authors will be credited for their articles.

How To Submit

1.Enter Your Full Name – This will appear in your article byline.
2.Provide Your Email AddressWe will use this to contact you about the status of your submission (it will not be published), details which you require to be published should be added in the [ add a short bio about yourself ] section.
3. Paste or Type Your Article You can paste your article in the text box provided, additional images to be embedded within the articles are accepted. Please ensure it’s well-formatted and edited.
4.Paste the title of your article under post title and post tags under post tags.
5.Add a Short Bio – Write 2–3 sentences about yourself to accompany your article including your social handles or email.
6. Under upload an image , upload an image to be used as the featured image of the article.
7.Review Everything – Double-check your details and article before hitting Submit.
8.Click the Submit Button – Once submitted, you’ll see a confirmation message.
